Terms and Conditions of Entertainment:

In these Terms of Service, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Nocturnal Events. When accessing information on our website, placing a booking via our website or directly with Nocturnal Events, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below, and agree to inform all guests/attendees of the function;

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website indicates your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as presented on completion of your booking. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you familiarise yourself with these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

  • Nocturnal Events provides a booking service for adult entertainment performers and third party service providers, not limited to boat charter services and party equipment hire.

  • By accessing the website of Nocturnal Events, you confirm you are legally an adult of 18 years or over, and that any guests or attendees at a booking are also 18 years or over.

  • To the best of our knowledge, at the time of confirmation of your booking, the requested and confirmed services and entertainers will be the ones attending and being performed at your event.

  • Adult Entertainment performers offer only the services listed on their profile information. Entertainers do NOT provide escort or sexual services.

Client Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Any sexual request, intimidation or advance towards a performer will result in the performance being cancelled immediately with no refund. Do not ask our performers for their private phone numbers or request any sexual services at any time.

  • All guests must behave in a respectful manner towards the Nocturnal Events performer at all times. If the performer is harassed, degraded, insulted, pressured, intimidated, made to feel uncomfortable or assaulted, the performance will be terminated immediately without refund.

  • If the performer is placed into an environment which could be considered by anyone of reasonable stature to be sexually, physically, or mentally intimidating or threatening by any person, group, or guest of any person or group associated with the booking, the performance will be cancelled immediately without refund..

  • Photos, videos, snapchats, and other recordings, touching, slapping, or groping of the entertainers is NOT permitted, unless you are invited to do so, and performers reserve the right to leave if this occurs. In these instances, there will be no refunds given, so please make sure your guests are aware and adhere to these rules.

  • Beware of, and be respectful of the performers' boundaries and do not 'test' or 'overstep' these boundaries.

  • Our performers will not perform in a public area, on grass or on sand. Please provide a private venue, covered, clean and flat area for the performance.

  • Entertainers reserve the right not to perform if there is a mixed gender crowd. Please inform Nocturnal Events if there is to be a mixed gender crowd present so we can supply the best performer for the event.

  • You will need to provide a safe and separate room for the performer to change into costume.

  • If a stripper is accompanied by personal security, you’re not allowed to refuse the attendance of this person.

Cancellations, Refunds and Additional Charges:

  • Once a booking for any entertainment or performer has been confirmed through the Nocturnal Events booking services and any deposit has been paid, booking dates and times cannot be changed, or altered by the client without forfeiting their deposit.

  • Cancellations due to LOCKDOWN (due to COVID-19) will be treated as postponed. Any deposits paid in respect to a booking that falls under dates during a lockdown period, will be allowed 1 date change. The entertainers originally chosen may no longer be available, and if this is the case, the client will be able to choose replacements for the same services at no additional charge.

  • Booking Deposits are not related to any booking in its entirety. Each Booking Deposit is a collection of deposits associated with each individual service within any booking. These Service Deposits make up a total Booking Deposit, and in the event of any refund, will only be refunded as per the Service Deposit amount associated with the refund.

  • If a model or waitress is more than 1 hour late, without any advance notice, you are entitled to cancel this service and you will get a full refund of your deposit. For a stripper this same procedure applies in case he/she arrives 1.5 hours late. You are entitled to shorten a booking if your model or waitress arrives more than 30 minutes late, by no more than the amount of time he/she is late.

  • If the client is late in attending and/or allowing entry for an entertainer to begin their booking at the designated start time, the client is still liable for payment to the entertainer.

  • If an entertainer is forced to cancel their appearance at a booking, a suitable replacement will be sought, and confirmed with the approval of the client. In these instances, there will be no change to the price of the service to the client. If however, a suitable replacement can not be found, the client will receive a refund to the value of the deposit paid in relation to that service, as outlined above, unless the booking or service within any booking conflicts with the terms and conditions listed below.

  • In the event that the Client cannot be contacted on the contact number, or the alternative contact number provided to Nocturnal Events (at the time of making a booking), after no more than 30 minutes of the booking service commencement time, and access to the booking venue has restricted entry in which the performer is unable to freely enter the Venue, the service in question may be cancelled and the Service Deposit relating to that service within the booking will be forfeited.

  • If a performer is forced to leave during their booking for any of the reasons listed above under Client Responsibilities & Conduct there will be no refunds given.

  • No payments made to any performer can be refunded by Nocturnal Events once the performer has left the venue. Nocturnal Events is a booking agent only, and all bookings, payments and agreements are made between the client and the contracting performer and not with Nocturnal Events. If you are unhappy with the service that the performer has provided you must address this issue on the night of the performance, before the performer leaves the venue, with both the performer and a representative of Nocturnal Events.

  • Any overtime for an entertainer (including but not limited to by request, boat delays) will be charged and require settlement immediately.
